Summary
We are seeking a committed and experienced Site Manager Mechanical & Piping. Under the guidance of the Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of various projects across multiple sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will monitor progress to ensure adherence to budgets, allocated hours, deadlines and quality standards. This role is based in Antwerp and the Kempen region, providing you with the opportunity to work on high-impact projects while collaborating with a motivated team.

As a Site Manager Mechanical & Piping, you will:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare and execute projects.
- Work across various client sites in Antwerp and Kempen.
- Plan and allocate personnel and equipment effectively.
- Oversee task distribution and employee evaluations.
- Inspect and set up installations on-site.
- Manage resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Enforce and monitor safety standards at the worksite.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and lead toolbox meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Analyze processes and implement improvement proposals to boost productivity.

- Is proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
