Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Counsel to become part of our team. In this position, you'll be a key business partner, delivering precise legal and administrative support to the organisation. Your tasks will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts, ensuring everything is legally compliant, and helping achieve the company's larger objectives. Plus, you'll work with account managers and project leaders on B2B contracts for IT and business initiatives.

- Manage B2B contracting for IT and business projects in collaboration with account managers and project leaders.
Handle various legal matters, including:
- Drafting and reviewing all types of legal documents and contracts.
- Organising and ensuring legal agreement.

- You have a law degree.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and precision. You can handle complex projects independently or collaborate with others to complete the job.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and follow the highest ethical standards.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
