‍Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our team at AMOTEK Technologies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product developers, engineers, and project managers, to design and deliver intuitive, engaging user experiences across our products and services. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and transforming them into innovative design solutions that exceed expectations.

Beyond design execution, you will contribute to the strategic development of our products by ensuring that user experience aligns with product goals and customer feedback. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing the usability and appeal of our offerings, helping AMOTEK create exceptional products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web applications and mobile apps.
• Create wireframes, interaction designs and prototypes to validate functionality and design concept.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the design.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of the design.
• Monitor brand consistency and user experience across all platforms and products.

Let's talk about you‍

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree graphic design, design, industrial design or related field
• Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the IT sector.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
• Strong skills in creating wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs.
• Ability to transform complex concepts into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
• Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision or similar software.
